Surf-punk, Beach Boys, power pop, (with a bit of Rentals-esque synth mixed in) sound. The 'vibe' of this song is quite different (with heavier guitars, electric bass and sweet distortion on the vocals) than what we typically do. However, the Fantastic Plastic style of pairing happy, dance-y music mixed with somewhat dark lyrics is definitely present.
